Global rules

The following rules apply to all areas of Heyuri★CGI.

  1. All Heyuri global rules apply.*
    1. *The exception is Rule 0 ("You must leave this site immediately if you are under 18 years old"). This rule may be implemented in future, or at any time.
  2. You accept that the rules of this site may change at any time, and that their implementation is solely up to the discretion of the site staff members who enforce them.
  3. You will not impersonate other users nor site staff members.
  4. You will not instigate nor engage in overly-heated arguments and drama.
  5. You will not attempt to drive rule-abiding users away from the site, nor limit their ability to enjoy the site.
  6. You will not withhold information from site staff regarding discovered security flaws, exploits, bugs, etc.
    1. Minor issues should be reported publicly or privately to a staff member using the appropriate channels. Major issues should only be reported to staff members privately.
    2. Intentionally withholding information regarding these things from staff members - as well as using the information to bargain, threaten, attack, etc. - will result in a permanent ban.
  7. You will not promote drug abuse nor use this site while under the influence.*
    1. *Using the site while under the influence is allowed if it's for legal/medical reasons and does not impair your ability to follow site rules.
    2. Those who break this rule will be buttraep'd.

Boards & Chat

All chat rooms

  1. You will not use the personal information of other users to attack or troll them, nor will you unnecessarily bring it up when it is irrelevant to the discussion. This applies even if the information is something the user has mentioned about themselves previously.
    1. "Personal information" includes real name, date of birth, nationality, ethnicity, sex, religion, political beliefs, etc.
  2. Avoid ritualposting.*
    1. *Ritualposting means posting the same or similar message/catchphrase in a frequent or routine-like manner, without being part of regular discussions.
  3. Bans will be handed out to users who are deemed to be causing too much trouble or are limiting the ability of other users to hold discussions.

  1. There's no fixed topic, but please try not to cause a ruckus.
  2. Topics regarding the development of Heyuri's software belongs in DevChat@Heyuri.

DevChat@Heyuri

  1. This chat room is for discussing the development of Heyuri's software ( kokonotsuba, KuzuhaScriptPHP+, etc.).
  2. Casual or off-topic discussion belongs in Chat@Heyuri.

Dating@Heyuri

  1. You must be at least 16 years old to use Dating@Heyuri.

Heyuri Drama Club

  1. You will not submit consecutive entries. Wait until one or more other users have submitted entries before you submit another.
  2. Your entries must be in-character.

Polls@Heyuri

  1. You will not vote multiple times in any given poll. Subsequent votes from users who break this rule will be removed.
    1. This rule does not apply to non-voting comments.

Games

@Party II

  1. You may have multiple characters at once.

Chinsouki★

  1. You will not have more than one active registration per game.
  2. Inactive players may be removed before the established expiry time if their vehicle's status and location is preventing other players from moving.

Hakoniwa Islands

Players that break the following rules will have their island(s) seized and/or removed at the site staff's discretion.

All Hakoniwa Islands instances

  1. You will not have access to more than one island per instance at any given time.
    1. You must abandon your existing island before discovering a new one.
    2. You will not transfer resources (funds, food, etc.) from your old island directly to your new island before your old one is abandoned.
    3. You may send resources to another player's island before abandoning your island.
    4. You will not log into another player's island, with or without their consent.
  2. You will not impersonate other islands (i.e. changing your island name to that of another player's island).
  3. You will not repeatedly discover, manually abandon, and then discover new islands more than absolutely necessary or deemed reasonable by site staff.
    1. This especially applies to troll/burner islands; islands created for the sole purpose of immediately firing missiles at other islands, with the player having little to no intention of actually developing the island.

Hakoniwa Islands PvE

  1. You will not attack other islands without all parties publicly agreeing to it beforehand.
    1. You are permitted to assist other islands against monster invasions without prior agreement, but you must not cause unnecessary, avoidable damage to their island.

Hakoniwa Islands PvP

  1. You may attack other islands at any time (but you must accept the consequences of doing so!)

  1. You will not submit consecutive entries. Wait until one or more other players have submitted entries before you submit another.
